2005 Chardonnay paired with marinated artichoke heart with béarnaise sauce. Just bottled, this wine is yummy. Oak and stainless steel fermented.

2005 White Cabernet Sauvignon paired with brie cheese topped with hazelnuts in a pool of berry compote. A one of a kind blush wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

2001 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with classic chicken parmesan. This wine has won lots of medals for a first leaf 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a slice of NY steak in a whiskey peppercorn sauce. Black cherry, blackberry, plum and a hint of vanilla. Yummy!

2002 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon paired with vanilla bean crème brulee. A very limited release Cab with only 123 cases produced. Definitely a wow!
