2002 Chardonnay paired with a Salmon puffed pastry atop a chipotle cream sauce. This lovely wine has hints of spice pear, clove and pineapple citrus flavors with a silk glove finish

2002 Mission paired with an Italian meatball with a parmesan marinara. The first varietal to be cultivated
in the state. This is a wine as versatile as California itself.

2002 Zinfandel paired with brie atop portobello mushroom on a spot of Garlic veloute. This wine speaks
of the heart, sassy with lots of berries and peppercorn spice.

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a medallion of filet draped in a peppercorn demi glace. A wine
that is smooth and delicious with complex flavors of pomegranate, hazelnut, and chocolate mint. Aged in French oak adding subtle notes to one of the best anywhere.

2000 Port paired with chocolate mousse. A limited release tawny style port made from old vine grapes.
